CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID. A full refund will be initiated.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or unsealed package.
- You received a defective or expired product.
- You received the wrong item.
In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Refund Policy
If your return/cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), we will ask for your bank account details to transfer the refund amount.
